Meet Sam
I am a solo attorney dedicated to providing practical, accessible legal services to individuals and small businesses. My path to the law has been shaped by both traditional legal training and real-world business experience, allowing me to approach every matter with clarity, efficiency, and perspective.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Political Science in 2006 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where I developed a strong foundation in critical analysis, public policy, and advocacy. I went on to receive my Juris Doctorate in 2009 from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, where I refined my legal skills, honed my expertise as an advocator, and deepened my commitment to client-focused representation.
After law school, I began my legal career in New York City, working as a small business advocate and litigator. In this role, I advised entrepreneurs and business owners through a wide range of legal challenges, gaining hands-on experience in both transactional work and dispute resolution in one of the most demanding legal markets in the country.
Building on that experience, I later owned and operated a private marketing firm, where I worked directly with businesses at every stage of growth. I successfully negotiated and drafted commercial agreements with some of the largest brands in the country, giving me a practical understanding of contracts not just as legal documents, but as living tools that drive real outcomes.
In 2025, I returned to my legal roots and opened my firm with a clear purpose: to make essential legal services accessible, understandable, and effective for all. I believe good legal counsel should empower clients—not overwhelm them—and I strive to provide straightforward guidance, transparent pricing, and thoughtful advocacy tailored to each client’s goals.
